HTC Advies develops hospitality and food service concepts. This regularly leads to the question whether we also want to supervise the design and the layout. In this situation we prepare a Program of Requirements together with the client, on the basis of which a provisional and definitive design is drawn up, with specifications as the basis for the tender. HTC Advies has the role of consultant and project leader in this process. We also work closely with architect and technical adviser. As a project manager, we monitor the quality, planning, functionality and financial feasibility of the design.
