HTC Advies develops hospitality and food service concepts. As a result, we are often requested to also be involved in the design and set up. In that case we write a Program of Requirements together with the client. The first and final designs are based on this Program, with an estimate for the tender procedure. In this process HTC Advies plays the role of consultant and project manager. We work closely together with architects and technical consultants. As project managers we safeguard the quality, planning, functionality and financial feasiblity of the design.
