Project Description

An interim manager from HTC Advies has controlled the daily operational activities for the food production department at Ikea. This department is responsible for the production of the food assortment for the guest restaurant, staff restaurant, Swedish Food market and the bistro. Within six months, we drafted and implemented working and production standards within the food production services department. In addition, through on the job training the quality of the department is increased and through coaching we have worked on team development.
